What
happens if I chose to migrate to 3Ti?
The following sequence of events occurs:

Once we have received your order, either via our on-line
ordering system or our sales team, and verified the
data, we place an order on BT, who in turn will contact
your existing Service Provider
2]
Once this contact has been made, there are three possible
outcomes:
- Your
present Service Provider accepts the migration request
and responds positively to BT/3Ti
- Your
present Service Provider rejects the migration request
without reason and the process is terminated
- Your
present Service Provider ignores the request which
again will result in the process being terminated
Step 2
Can
take between 15 and 20 working days to complete, and
clearly the response of your existing Service Provider
is crucial to a successful migration. Any pressure you
can bring to bear on your current Service Provider can
make the difference between success and failure. The
only thing you should NOT DO is to agree to CEASE your
existing service at any point.
3Ti
will keep you informed through out the process as to
the status of your migration request. All communication
will be handled via e-mail.
